Our Founder
Kimberly Long, CPA is a senior financial consultant and fractional CFO who partners with companies navigating growth, change, or complexity. With more than 20 years of experience across sectors including SaaS, government contracting, international manufacturing, telecom, and private equity, Kim is known for bringing structure to ambiguity — whether through M&A integration, audit prep, or financial transformation.
Kim also leads ERP implementations, helps organizations prepare for exits or capital raises, and supports federal contractors with DCAA compliance and indirect rate audits. She is trusted by CEOs and boards for her ability to step in, assess quickly, and execute cleanly.
Kim earned her B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University and is a licensed CPA in Virginia. She is active in various professional and mentoring organizations.
